Hey there! I’m Kate Guner. I’m your go-to certified nutritionist, holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and a proud digital nomad who’s been living out of a suitcase for the last 5 years with my latest stops in Thailand and Bali.
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, my own health challenges kicked off my journey into the world of nutrition and wellness. Growing up, I dealt with chronic gastritis and pancreatitis and bounced from one restrictive diet to another—none of which really worked. In university, I tried every weight loss diet out there, always ending up right back where I started or even a bit heavier, all while struggling with lactose intolerance and constant digestive discomfort.
I knew there had to be a better way to live, feel energized, and actually be happy with my body.

Working Late, Stress, and Battling Cravings—I Feel Your Struggle!
As a freelance graphic designer, I often found myself stressed, working through the night, unwinding with alcohol, and soothing my emotions with sweets. This lifestyle led to panic attacks so severe I would collapse in the street.
That’s when I knew I needed a change. I invested all my savings into a 1.5-year holistic health program, which transformed my approach to body, food, and life itself.
Now, with over 3 years of experience in nutrition, coaching, and mindfulness, and more than 5 years in yoga, I’ve developed a comprehensive approach to holistic health that addresses both physical and mental well-being.
Living as a digital nomad and coming from a background in graphic design, while my husband works in programming, I’ve mastered the art of juggling health and happiness across various lifestyles and time zones. This experience makes me uniquely equipped to help busy professionals like you manage their energy, focus, and overall well-being. With a solid foundation in both personal experience and professional training, I offer practical strategies that effectively balance every aspect of life.
